An adventure in strategy. For their 2022 Strategy Summit, leadership at Focus Brands International wanted to create a presentation that visually mapped the story of where they are now, and where they are headed over the next few years, to show their team how crucial these next few years will be while also encouraging them to plan for all angles. In collaboration with TJ Sharitz and the Focus executive team, we played with the idea of a hiker strategically making his way from one base camp to the next–gearing up as the seasons change and the terrain fluctuates.
As a finishing touch, and to give our hiker some extra energy on his journey, a few snacks from each of Focus' brands were added to be discovered along the way. Illustrating this presentation was incredibly fun, and a playful way to show that serious strategy can be a story of adventure.
